Mr. Jai Wadhwa, the Learned Counsel by DHCLSC was allocated for my civil matter from time to time and I would like to provide feedback for same.
Mr. Wadhwa seems to have a very pure, healthy, straight forward client-lawyer relationship while dealing with different kind of litigation cases. He tries to develop proper clarity for the matter which is allocated to him by getting all the necessary details of the case from the client and then takes a very diligent approach and making all efforts to prepare the case file to file and get it listed in appropriate forum of court in short span of time without delay. He is very prompt in giving updates of the case to his or her client within time limit and ensures speedy disposal of the matter. He is also well prepared with the case on every hearing and his arguing skills are also very good.
Mr. Wadhwa is very learned and is quite helpful, polite and gives the true picture of the case to the client to make him or her understand to cope with difficult and bonafide situations which takes place during court hearings, and bringing transparency in the matter and giving best of his performance as a thorough professional in the field of litigation when sometimes complex situations occur and are sometimes beyond the control of anyone.
